"I have always enjoyed helping people in a time of need. Before coming to CR Legal Team, I was a police officer. I believe my experience investigating car crashes, looking for evidence at a crime scene, and talking to witnesses has helped me become a great advocate for my clients to get the best outcome in their cases. I always hope for the best but prepare for the worst.“
With his five years of experience as a police officer in Columbia, South Carolina, Timothy A. Sheriff is a skilled litigation and personal injury attorney in the Charlotte, North Carolina office of CR Legal Team specializing in and focusing on cases of motor vehicle crashes, tractor-trailer or truck crashes, dog bites, and funeral home negligence and mishandling of remains.
Tim’s experience as a police officer has taught him the importance of conducting in-depth investigations to ensure all favorable facts are preserved, all witnesses are located, and all those responsible for causing his clients’ injuries are held accountable. Tim takes pride in getting to know his clients and in listening to their concerns so that he can argue for fair compensation for all their damages.
