“I know firsthand what it feels like to lose a loved one due to a car accident. During that time, I wish my family and I knew what our options were. Now I’ve made it my mission to help guide families through similar situations and to help those in need. Being a part of CR Legal Team allows me to Stand Up for clients going through difficult times and to be someone they can count on to act as a fierce advocate when it matters most.”
Misha Henley is a personal injury attorney dedicated to providing excellent service and solutions for clients navigating their personal injury claims. Her practice focuses on cases involving serious bodily injury from automobile accidents including commercial motor vehicles and premise liability cases.
Misha grew up in Kernersville, North Carolina and moved to Greensboro where she attended The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts. Falling in love with the Greensboro area, Misha decided to stay and attend law school at Elon University School of Law. While at Elon University School of Law she earned her Juris Doctor and served as the membership editor for the Elon Law Review and President of the Black Law Students Association. During her time at Elon Law, Misha was selected to participate in the North Carolina Bar Association’s Minorities in the Profession Committee 1L Summer Associate Program. While her experience ranges from multiple Fortune 500 companies including a major apparel company and a top global pharmaceutical company, Misha missed connecting with clients on a deeper level. She also missed making an impact in her community through advocating for those from underrepresented communities and advocating for those who may not be as familiar with the legal process.
When she is not in the office, Misha enjoys playing tennis, shopping, and spending time with her fiancé, Andrew Carter, along with their miniature poodle, Coco Chanel.
