Cheerwine Punch

  • 2 (2-liter) bottles of Cheerwine
  • 1 (2-liter) bottle of ginger ale
  • 2 (46-ounce) cans unsweetened pineapple juice

Mix Cheerwine and pineapple juice. Chill. Pour into a punch bowl. Add ginger ale just before serving. Yields 37 cups.

Party Ham Rolls

  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 packages party rolls (20 rolls per package)
  • Boiled ham
  • Swiss cheese

Mix margarine, mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce, and onion well. Using a bread knife or other long knife, slice through entire package of rolls so that you have a large sheet of roll tops and another sheet of roll bottoms. Spread both sides of bread with mixture (spread thin). Layer ham and cheese on bottom sheet. Top with sheet of roll tops and put all back into foil pans to bake.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cut apart before serving.

Pizza Dip

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14-ounce) jar pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 ounces sliced pepperoni chopped, browned
  • 1 pound sausage or ground beef (your choice), cooked
  • Tortilla chips

Spray a 9- or 10-inch pie plate with cooking spray. Spread cream cheese and then pizza sauce. Layer rest of ingredients in order. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
