Tracey Cramer is the Operations Supervisor over our Piedmont Triad locations for both Personal Injury and Worker’s Compensation. She works closely with our case managers and attorneys to meet monthly goals while making sure to always deliver our brand promise to Care Like Family.
Tracey has been with CR Legal Team for twelve and half years and is passionate about Standing Up for Our Clients. Before moving into operations, she worked in case management which has allowed her to gain first-hand experience in knowing what is required to efficiently resolve a client’s case.
When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, cooking, sports, vacationing and working in her garden.
