CR Legal Team President and Chief Executive Officer, Chris Roberts, is pleased to congratulate Attorneys R. Dré Fleury and Timothy A. Sheriff on their successful completion of the required 160 hours of training mandated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and their successful passing of the testing for the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
As an Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, Dré is responsible for the legal operations at CR Legal Team. He has numerous bar admissions and memberships including the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, and the American Association for Justice and its Truck Litigation Practice Group. He is passionate about highway safety and works closely with Vision Zero, an organization of businesses and individuals whose purpose is to reduce accidents on the roads to 0. As a part of that work, he has championed the placing of safety bars on trucks to help reduce injuries to drivers and passengers.
Tim is a member of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, the American Association of Justice – Truck Litigation Group, and the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, among others. As a former police officer, he understands the importance of in-depth investigation, collection of evidence, and interviewing of witnesses as he works to represent his clients following an accident. Tim is proud to Stand Up for his clients during life’s most difficult moments.
With their Class A Commercial Driver’s Licenses, Dré and Tim have acquired additional knowledge and experience to further push forward in their handling of the Truck Accident cases for CR Legal Team.
