CR Legal Team Welcomes Two Pre-Litigation Attorneys

Dara Damery and Anastasia Pressel join the firm’s growing pre-litigation Team, bringing combined experience in insurance defense, civil litigation, and personal injury advocacy

RALEIGH, N.C. — CR Legal Team, the personal injury law firm known for its “We Stand Up For You®” Brand Promise, is proud to announce the hiring of two pre-litigation attorneys: Dara Damery and Anastasia Pressel. Both attorneys bring diverse legal backgrounds to CR Legal Team and will focus on helping injured clients pursue the compensation and justice they deserve.

Anastasia Pressel:

Anastasia Pressel is an attorney who earned her B.S. in Management from Clemson University and her J.D. from the Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. She began her career defending insurance companies before transitioning to plaintiff-side work, giving her unique insight into how to secure fair compensation for clients. She now lives in Raleigh, North Carolina, with her husband and daughter and focuses on pursuing justice for the wrongfully injured.

Dara Damery:

Dara Damery is an attorney who earned her B.A. in Political Science from UNC-Chapel Hill and her J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign College of Law, where she won a CALI Award for top grade in legal writing. She moved to the Wilmington, North Carolina, area in 2012 and has practiced personal injury law since 2015. Outside the office, she enjoys boating, seashell hunting, and spending time with friends and family.
