Tina joined the organization last year as the Vice President of Marketing Operations with a wealth of experience in Project Planning and Management; Oversight and Administration; and Stakeholder Management and Communications. Tina has worked with leadership in the Marketing Department on various projects that emphasize cost management, efficiencies, and competitive advantages. She takes a results-driven approach and has been of significant value in moving the organization’s Marketing and budgeting initiatives along. She came to the firm with extensive experience in project leadership and expertise in corporate strategy that is of extreme value to CR Legal Team.In her new role, Tina will work alongside the firm’s leadership and along with Chris Roberts to develop and submit strategic recommendations for various parts of the organization. As a Project Manager, she will work on corporate projects to define and manage objectives, create the project scope, define goals, define deliverables and measure success. Tina has shared that she has truly enjoyed her time with the organization. She enjoys the creative aspects of her job that are new to her and enjoys the challenge of project management within the legal industry. She looks forward to continuing her work and is excited about the future of CR Legal Team.
