As the Vice President of Administration, Tina works alongside the firm’s leadership to develop and submit strategic recommendations across the organization.
In her role she collaborates to drive results, identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and influence decision making. By continuously examining and improving processes, the Team is positioned to deliver the help clients need through a Five-Star Client Experience™.
Prior to joining the firm, Tina worked in the consumer package goods industry for over 30 years, with experience spanning Research & Development, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Forecasting, Business Analysis, and Market Research. She has extensive experience in project management, stakeholder relationship building, as well as the exploration and delivery of desired client outcomes. Tina’s breath of experience affords her the opportunity to provide unique perspectives across CR Legal Team.
Tina is a life-long resident of North Carolina and was reared in a rural farming community, where she learned the value of hard work, community, and working together, at a young age. These life lessons are at the core of her personality and her approach to life. She values the contributions of each person and learns from everyone. In her spare time, Tina enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading on the beach, and supporting her Triathlete husband.
