In 1984 when Madonna told Dick Clark on American Bandstand that she wanted to “Rule the World,” a young fan named Kimberly Sanders had dreams to “Change the World.” Growing up in Richmond County, North Carolina, Kim learned the importance of faith, family, friendship, and of the power of community. She also learned the importance of speaking out about the things that matter in life and the importance of Standing Up for those who can’t always stand for themselves. These are the values that Kim carried with her through the years that followed as she worked as a Healthcare Consultant and Patient Advocate, worked as a Stay At Home Mom, chaired numerous Community Outreach and Fundraising Projects for her sons’ schools, served on numerous Boards of Trustee in the community and helped build the law firm and force for advocacy in this world that CR Legal Team is today. In all seasons of her life, Kim’s passion for taking care of those she loves and for leaving this world a happier, healthier, and better place than she found it, has truly shown through.
Kim is the Chief Brand Officer at CR Legal Team. She is loyal to the CR Legal Team Brand as a fierce advocate for staying true to our Brand Promise to Stand Up For You and is an advocate for following through with our core values to Care Like Family, Listen To Learn, and Do What’s Right. She is also a staunch supporter of the firm’s commitment to Whole-Person Legal Care.™
Kim remains a strong supporter of our clients and of our Team Members, who she considers to be the heart of the CR Legal Team Brand. In addition to her job with CR Legal Team, Kim is the Chief Executive Officer of the firm’s sister company, Intake Solutions of America and the owner of KSR Productions, LLC, the home to the Little Red Jumpsuit Foundation for Women.
In 2013, Kim created Crumley Roberts Employee Wellness along with Registered Nurse, Beverly Sanders – an employee program established to enhance the physical, mental, spiritual, social, occupational and emotional well-being of all CR Legal Team Members. One year later, in 2014, Kim created The Roberts Center for Leadership, Education, Advancement, and Development along with her husband, Chris Roberts. The Roberts Center is home to two foundations – The CR Legal Team Family Foundation and the Little Red Jumpsuit Foundation for Women. Both foundations provide scholarship assistance to people of all ages who wish to continue their education. In 2019, Kim was honored with a Philanthropy Award for the creation of these programs and for her continued work in the community.
Kim considers her faith, her family, and her friends to be her greatest blessings and thanks God each day for them all. She has been married to her husband, Chris, for over 30 years. They have two sons, Matthew and Eli. To date, Kim continues her quest to “Change the World.” We all wait in anticipation to see what happens next…
