The Little Red Jumpsuit Tour, created by CR Legal Team Cultural Development Vice President Kimberly Roberts, was recently featured at the 5th Annual Greater Charlotte Health & Fitness Expo, held on January 28th at the Park Expo & Conference Center.
Dedicated to all things healthy, the expo featured a number of seminar presentations from lifestyle coaches, nutrition experts, and other industry professionals committed to helping families live healthier and more productive lives.
Kimberly Roberts’ seminar was part of The Little Red Jumpsuit Tour, an initiative she created to educate and empower women about living a heart healthy lifestyle. As 2016-2017 Chair of the Guilford County Go Red for Women Campaign, she provided attendees with seven tips for making simple lifestyle changes and reducing risks for heart disease and stroke, a leading killer of women in America.
