I filled my Social Security Disability paperwork and just received a denial. What happened?

CR Legal Team ' Social Security Attorney, Heather Rogers responds:

Social Security has determined that you do not meet their definition of disability at this time by review of your records and application information, or that while your condition is severe it is not expected to be disabling for at least 12 months. This does not mean that you do not have a strong claim for disability. You do need to appeal your denial right away.
